 e are giggling at the outset
of this new business. The company was conceived during a family vacation
on the white sands of Florida's gulf, August '04, though the dream
of it has been in Whitney's heart since junior high school. This is
what she wanted to do "when she grew up", so we are now all growing in this endeavor. It is "family owned and operated",
and we are enthusiastically learning as we go.
About the artist, of whom I am the
proud mother, Whitney is the heart and soul of w.e. giggle...the "w.e." being
the initials of her newly married name! I think much of her creativity,
and certainly her joy comes from the love she shares with Stephen.
To know Whitney is to love her, and her art is simply and purely an
overflow of her happy heart and delightful ways. The sweetness and
whimsy of her work comes from within and she truly senses God's pleasure
in her creations.
My mom, Kathy Marshall, is my co-worker and best friend! She is
organized, efficient, has the most amazing servant’s heart and
we adore working together! She is the one who keeps me and every detail
of the company on track. Without her attentive eye to detail and thoroughness
in seeing things get done and done well, we would just have a bunch
of cute cards sitting on shelves! She works the business with her
whole, precious heart in order to keep this little dream of mine rolling
and we just remain tickled together that God is growing and blessing
w.e. giggle in more ways than we could have imagined! We are truly
having a ball and hope to bring “giggles” to your lives
